You can now follow OSG on Twitter!

So here we go. I think this will be interesting and useful to some of you. OSG will use Twitter to broadcast early availability of systems for pickup, newest repair trends, and interesting behind the scenes observations about the video game hardware business. If you want to see what's going on in the world of professional video game system repair, or just want a peek behind the scenes, OSG's twitter stream is the one to follow. What's getting repaired the most? What common failures can be avoided and how to avoid them? What new repairs have been proven for previously not repairable problems? Follow OSG on Twitter to find out.

I fully expect to find new and interesting ways to use this communication tool, to help improve the services OSG offers to you. When we offer a new Supported System, you can be assured I will 'tweet' it first. If I'm looking for feedback on services to offer, I will ask OSG's followers. If a batch of systems is ready for pickup earlier than clients were expecting, OSG's twitter followers will be in the know. I'm looking forward to a two-way dialogue between those that require OSG service, and OSG itself.
